How it works

A fair happens at the stands: the tool sets up the meetings beforehand and keeps the contacts afterwards.

  1. Before

You publish the list of companies or schools taking part, with their sector, their stand and your own fields (jobs, level of study). Visitors register, receive their badge and can request meetings in the time slots you open.

  2. During

The front desk scans badges at the entrance. At each stand, the exhibitor scans the badges of the visitors they meet, with a simple link and no account, and keeps their name, organisation and role. Meetings booked in advance show up in everyone’s schedule.

  3. After

Each exhibitor gets their list of contacts, and you count visitors day by day. The report goes to partners by link.

What it does not cover

Two things a fair sometimes needs that the tool does not do.

  • No CV upload or screening. Visitors introduce themselves in their profile; applications are handled in each company’s recruitment tool.
  • No interactive floor plan: exhibitors are listed and filtered, without a clickable map of the aisles.

Frequently asked questions

Can companies scan visitors?
Yes, if you turn it on. Each exhibitor gets a stand link, with no account to create. Visitors are told when they register and can remove a contact from their own space.
Can visitors book a meeting with a company?
Yes, in the time slots you open. You set the period when meetings can be requested and the maximum per person, and a request with no answer gets one reminder.
How many exhibitors can we list?
Several hundred, with search, filters on your own fields and grouping by category on the site.
