Statistics and the report

Participants, attendance, satisfaction, site audience and your own figures, in a report you send by link.

What it does

What the database knows is right without turning anything on; the rest, you enter.

  • Participants and attendance computed by the database: those figures need no setting.
  • Site audience with no third-party cookies or IP addresses: journeys, referrers, devices, time present.
  • Cards for figures you enter when the platform cannot measure them, such as press coverage or revenue.
  • A shared report by link, revocable, whose unticked parts do not even leave the database.
  • A ready-made satisfaction survey, sent only to the participants who came, once the event is over; its NPS, average rating and response rate can be added to the report as cards.

What it does not do

An event report, not a marketing analytics tool.

  • No cross-referencing with an advertising tool. Nothing goes to a third-party tool except the integration you connect yourself: Google Analytics 4 then receives, for each registration, a pseudonymous identifier derived from the address. Measurement serves the report, not retargeting.
  • No automatic comparison between two editions: an event’s figures are read on its own report.

Questions we get

Does audience measurement use cookies?
No third-party cookies and no IP address. An identifier kept in the browser avoids counting tabs from the same browser twice, and detail is erased after thirteen months.
Can a report be sent to a client?
Yes, by a link you compose: you tick what it shows, and you can revoke it. It opens no dashboard access.
Can figures that do not come from the product be included?
Yes, that is what entered cards are for. They sit alongside computed figures, in the same report.
