Event software for agencies

You run events for several clients. LiveEvent gives you a separate space for each client, limited access for them, and a report you send them by link, all from one account.

What changes for an agency

LiveEvent was designed by an agency, for agency work: moving from one client to another in the same day.

  • One space per client

Each client has its own organisation. The database stops data from passing from one to another, and you switch between them without signing in again.

  • Access for your client, sized to fit

Invite your client’s contact to their own event only, read-only if needed. They follow their registrations without touching the site.

  • The report, sent by link

Put the report together (attendance, satisfaction, site traffic, your own figures) and send it through a link you can revoke, without opening the dashboard.

  • A shared participant list

Your client sees their list through a link, with no account, and you cut it off whenever you want.

  • The next edition in one copy

Duplicate an event: pages, programme, form and settings carry over. All that is left is to change the dates.

  • The client’s domain name

Each client keeps their subdomain, or connects their own domain name so the site carries their name.

A typical agency day

Three clients, three events at different stages, one tool.

  1. Before

In the morning, you build a conference site from a template and invite the client’s project manager as a viewer. She follows registrations without having to email you.

  2. During

In the afternoon, you switch to a trade show that opens tomorrow: you check the badges, give the welcome staff the “Front desk” role, and prepare the polls for the plenary.

  3. After

In the evening, you send a third client the report for their seminar by link, with satisfaction and attendance figures.

And for in-house teams

A communications department, an association or an institution that runs several events a year uses it the same way, with a single organisation and roles for each team member.

Frequently asked questions

How many clients can I manage?
As many as you like: each client is an organisation, and the software does not limit the number of organisations. The quote takes the number of events into account.
Can my client see my other clients?
No. A member invited to an organisation sees only that one, and only the events you open to them. The database refuses it, not just the screen.
Can the site use the client’s branding?
Yes: theme, logo, colours, and the client’s domain name if you connect it.
Can several people at the agency work on it?
Yes. Five roles (owner, admin, editor, front desk, viewer), access scoped per event, and two-factor authentication that you can make mandatory.
