Run a multilingual international event

An audience that speaks several languages, some written right to left, and a site that has to speak to each person in their own.

How it works

Languages are turned on per event, and each text is translated without rebuilding a page.

  1. Before

You pick the event’s languages from seven. You write in the main language, then one button translates the pages, the programme and exhibitor profiles with your organisation’s AI model; you review each language before publishing. Emails go out in each participant’s language.

  2. During

Each visitor lands on the site in their own language. Arabic reads right to left, layout included. Sessions show their language, and the programme can be filtered by it.

  3. After

The report reads in the dashboard’s language, and replays are published with the same visibility as everything else.

What it does not cover

Two things an international event sometimes needs that the tool does not do.

  • No simultaneous interpreting: a video keeps the language of its speakers. For several audio tracks, you need an interpreting provider.
  • No automatic translation of audience questions: they show in the language they were written in.

Frequently asked questions

Which languages can the site use?
Seven: French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic and Chinese. You turn them on event by event.
What happens if a translation is missing?
That text shows in the event’s main language. The page stays readable, with no gaps and no technical keys on screen.
Is the dashboard translated?
Into French and English. The other five languages are for the public site, emails and the participant area.
