The programme

Sessions, speakers, exhibitors and resources, entered once and shown everywhere - with filters on every field.

What it does

One programme for the event: each page that shows it picks its sessions and its layout.

  • Multi-day sessions with room, times, language and speakers; four layouts, including a vertical timeline and a rooms × slots grid.
  • Custom fields on sessions, speakers, exhibitors and resources - a format, a level, a sector.
  • Visitor filters on every field, native and custom, plus search and sorting.
  • Limited seats per session, a waiting list that moves on its own when someone drops out, and attendance specific to the session.
  • One button translates sessions, speakers and exhibitors with the AI provider your organisation chose. You review each language, and published pages only change once you republish them.

What it does not do

A programme, not scheduling software.

  • No scheduling conflict detection: the product will not stop you placing two sessions of the same speaker at the same time.
  • No sync with a third-party programme tool: sessions are imported from a CSV file, entered by hand, duplicated from one edition to the next, or written by the assistant.

Questions we get

The programme changes after publication: must I republish?
Yes, and the dashboard tells you. The programme is frozen in a page’s published version, so a visitor never sees a half-edited schedule.
Can workshop seats be limited?
Yes, session by session. Beyond capacity, the waiting list takes over and moves on its own when a seat frees up.
How does a visitor find their session?
By search, by the filters you open - day, room, language, speaker, or your own fields - and by a session’s details sheet.
