A trade show

Exhibitors, partners, multi-day access control, and meetings between participants.

How it goes

A trade show plays out at the door and in the aisles: the tool mostly serves those two places.

  1. Before

You build the exhibitor list, with their tier, their stand and your own fields (sector, for instance), and the site presents them with a filter per field. Registration opens, and every visitor gets a QR badge valid for the whole run.

  2. During

The desk scans at the door, each day, and the list is the same on every station. Visitors who agreed appear in Meeting and can request meetings; messages stay between them, you do not read them.

  3. After

You count attendance by day, add what the platform cannot know, and each exhibitor receives what you choose to show them by link.

What it does not cover

Two things a trade show sometimes needs and the tool does not do.

  • No interactive floor plan: stands are listed and filtered, they are not clicked on a map of the aisles.
  • No exhibitor invoicing or stand contract management. The tool presents exhibitors, it does not sell them space.

Questions we get

Can exhibitors be ranked by partnership tier?
Yes, with your own tiers (gold, silver, or whatever you want), in the order you decide, and grouping by tier on the site.
Can visitors contact each other?
Yes, through the Meeting: participant profiles, meeting requests and messaging. Depending on your setting, everyone is listed from the start or only on request, and anyone can leave in one click.
Is the badge valid for several days?
Yes. A re-scan is one more line in the log, never a refusal: you know who came on which day.
Can exhibitors scan visitors’ badges?
Yes, if you turn it on. Each exhibitor gets a stand link, with no account to create, to scan the badge of a visitor who stops by and keep their name, company and job title, plus their email if you share it. Visitors are told at registration and can remove a contact from their own space.
