Online ticketing for your event

Free or paid tickets, promo codes, VAT, invoices and refunds: the sale happens in the registration form, and the money goes to your Stripe account.

What it does

Ticketing is part of registration: a buyer becomes a participant, with their badge, the moment their payment arrives.

  • Tickets named in each of the event’s languages, with a price including taxes, a quota and a sales window. A zero-priced ticket registers right away.
  • Payment on Stripe’s page: the money goes to your organization’s Stripe account, then to your bank account. An order in progress holds the seat for thirty-five minutes.
  • Promo codes as a percentage or an amount, for one ticket or all of them, with a number of uses and dates. A 100% code gives the seat away without going through Stripe.
  • VAT per ticket, an invoice made by Stripe with your legal details, and a one-click refund that frees the seat.
  • Paid access to a live channel or a replay, and a Sales section that adds everything up per currency, with a CSV export of orders.

What it does not do

It sells seats and video access to people, one at a time.

  • No group orders: one email address is one registration. To register a team, the organizer imports the list.
  • No payment on site and no cashless bar system: everything is paid online, before the event or during the live stream.

Frequently asked questions

Who collects the ticket money?
You do. Each organization connects its own Stripe account, and the money goes straight there. VAT and invoices are yours, and LiveEvent never holds funds.
Can a ticket be refunded?
Yes. “Refund” on a paid order gives the whole amount back from your Stripe account, cancels the registration and frees the seat. A partial refund made in Stripe also shows on the order.
Can I keep an existing ticketing platform?
Yes. Weezevent, Eventbrite and Billetweb connect: their buyers become participants in LiveEvent, with their badge and access to the site.
